SYNOPSIS
"Against The Principle" is like a cross between "Dead Poets Society", that stars Robin Williams as an inspiring teacher, "Philadelphia" which stars Tom Hanks and Denzel Washington, and the all time classic "To Kill A Mockingbird".

It is an inspiring story about a high school debating champion who stands up against his principal to defend a fellow classmate from being kicked out of a prestigious Catholic school for being gay.

Script tests are available for screening.

"This script, because it's about a very human real contemporary situation, is going to be accepted by a pretty wide audience... It's a big drama about a big subject and I think it'll work."
Don McAlpine ACS ASC
(2009 International Cinematographer Of The Year)
